To reach the property from Launceston, proceed down St Thomas Road, passing through Newport and over the bridge. At the mini-roundabout, proceed straight across, up St Stephens Hill. At the top of the hill, turn left at St Stephens Church, following the signs for Egloskerry. Follow this road for 4 miles to the centre of the village. Here turn left for Badharlick and Tregeare. Follow this road and keeping left first at a grassy triangle in the road and after at a left “fork” turning. Continue along this road for 1 mile.
