A full copy of the planning consent, a copy of the planning officers report to the committee and other supporting documents are available from the agents, upon request.

Reserved matters consent was granted by Cornwall Council under cover of application and decision number PA21/12252 dated 11th August 2022. This granted consent for appearance, landscaping and scale. A copy of the consent can be obtained from the Agents upon request.

The design for the proposed development was created by Parkes Lees Architects who also have additional supporting documentation in connection with the application and the detailed working knowledge of the perimeters which guided the planning officer throughout the
negotiations for the planning consent.
