Take the A39 south from Truro (in the direction of Falmouth). At the Carnon Downs roundabout take the second exit to Point. Stay on Point Road and continue straight across the t-junction staying on Point Road. Continue in the direction of Point, staying on Point Road, then the second right and after a short distance you will see a small triangle. Take the left turning at this triangle and then the first right down the hill and Marlings will be half way down this lane on the right. There is no turning space in the drive so just park on the drive. If you get as far as Penpol House you have gone too far.
