A stable door leads out to the rear garden area. Off the living room is the 3rd bedroom, with a window onto the rear garden an en-suite shower room and a very cleverly designed built in wardrobe and feature wall behind the bed.

Rear garden: - Unusual for Mousehole, Horizon Cottage has a spacious enclosed tiered garden which can be accessed directly from the kitchen or by a gate at the side of the house. With granite terraced walls and mature planting to include a Pear Tree and numerous tropical plants, copper lights lead you up a cobbled path to a slate paved terrace area which has spectacular views over the house to Mousehole village, the harbour and out to sea. On the top terrace there is a 6 person hot tub and a good sized seating area to sit and enjoy the views. The garden also includes a warm water hose at the back of the house for washing dogs, wetsuits etc.

Driving from the Newlyn & Penzance direction we recommend to park in the car park just before The Old Coastguard on left had side upon arriving at Mousehole. From here walk down the hill towards the harbour. Passing The Ship Inn on your right follow the road round to the right into Mill Lane up the short hill continue round to the left, now Chapel Street and Mount Pleasant Terrace is the first lane on the right and Horizon Cottage sits at the top.

Public parking is also available in both of the harbour car parks, and as is common in Mousehole there is no direct vehicular access to the property but for bag dropping/deliveries etc the nearest vehicular access is Chapel Street at the bottom of Mount Pleasant.
