Completed in 2006, the property offers well planned contemporary accommodation with some fine fixtures and fittings including engineered oak flooring and solid oak doors and staircase. The ground floor offers a comfortable lounge with sea views and a large kitchen/dining room with access to the rear garden. On the first floor are the three bedrooms and a crisp white family bathroom. Further noteworthy features include an eco -friendly pellet stove in the lounge, black granite work surfaces in the kitchen and UPVC double glazing whilst the property also comes fully furnished. Outside, one will find a pretty courtyard garden on two levels. This is very low maintenance and provides a garden shed and a perfect position to enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dining whilst taking in those glorious views of the ocean and cliffs. Parking for two cars can be found to the front on the tarmacadam driveway. Services to the property include mains water, electricity and drainage with an oil fired central heating system.
Having been successfully let out for over 35 weeks a year for the last 8 years, 5 Cliffside would make the perfect holiday home, investment or indeed permanent residence with the most stunning frontline ocean views in this area of outstanding natural beauty.
Port Isaac is a historic picturesque fishing village, which is well known for its role in the current TV programme 'Doc Martin' as the fictional town of 'Portwenn'. The location offers many breathtaking walks across the dramatic coastline of North Cornwall as well as its own beach and harbour. There are delightful boutiques and galleries for those who wish to explore the magical narrow streets and to finish off you can always pop into one of the cosy café's, pubs or restaurants. The neighbouring village of Port Gaverne was once a thriving 19th Century fishing port and to this day remains unspoilt with the sheltered sandy beach protected by the National Trust.
To find 5 Cliffside, turn off the B3314 coast road onto the B3267 signposted Port Isaac. On entering the village continue along New Road and bare right towards Port Gaverne. Approximately 150 yards further on, turn left into the main carpark. Keeping to the right, drive through the carpark and along the coastal path with the sea on your right. Follow the lane round all the way to the gate and turn up the driveway to the left where number 5 Cliffside can found on the left hand side. The postcode for satellite navigation is PL29 3RE.
