On entering the town from the east, proceed over the bridge and across the river Looe towards West Looe, then turn left onto Quay Road and proceed onto Hannafore Road and follow the road round onto Marine Drive and the property can be found on the right-hand side between the tennis courts and Looe Bowling Club.
