It is so convenient for all the bars, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and live venues Birmingham has to offer, yet is set in a very peaceful canal side location. We always enjoyed that we could get home from an event in the Arena or icc before most people had found their cars in the car park. With the added bonus of a huge rooftop terrace which has been perfect for summer entertaining and relaxing in the sunshine whenever it comes out. We are sad to leave and are only doing so due to work relocation."
