Each property is approximately 275m2 / 3,000ft2 with entrance hall, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, separate study, utility room, lobby, wc, and four first floor bedrooms, master en-suite, family bathroom. Each house has an integral double garage. There are two designs for the houses, one includes a balcony off the master bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms.
The site is accessed off Mill Lane via a bridge over the River Tinney, part of which is included in the sale, to a hard standing gravelled surfaced track.
