Originally designed as 4 bedrooms, our clients amended the layout to provide two very luxurious double bedrooms and bathrooms. The opulent master bedroom is a very relaxing space and enjoys a large and stylish en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a very comfortable double room and is served by a separate bathroom.

The main beach is the more westerly of the two coves and is known as Talland Sand. As the name suggests, it is the sandier of the two and is also well equipped for family visitors and the excellent Talland Bay Beach Café is located on the edge of the beach. Rotterdam Beach is on the opposite side side, overlooked by St Tallanus Church and has the Smugglers Rest Café. This is generally the slightly quieter of the two beaches as there is a little less sand and access is via steps. Both beaches are dog friendly throughout the year. Just above and overlooking the beaches is the award winning Talland Bay Hotel, that offers a bar and both relaxed and fine dining options from its two excellent restaurants.

Nearby East and West Looe are positioned on either side of a pretty river and set around a busy fishing harbour that is connected by a fine old bridge. This popular location offers an excellent range of shops, good restaurants and pubs, as well as many picturesque streets of pretty fisherman’s cottages. The location is also perfect for those wanting access to sailing opportunities as well as the quality golf courses of Looe or the nearby Jack Nicklaus designed St Mellion International.
